Our lint free, soft 450gsm edgeless microfibre cloth is an excellent tool for applying spray wax and buffing panels to a high shine.

Focused on providing premium, professional products, our microfibre cloths do not disappoint.

Each cloth is packaged carefully into air sealed pouches to minimise the risk of dust and contaminants coming into contact with the cloth prior to use.

Wash:

Wash seperatly on 30 degree heat or lower. Do NOT use washing detergant.

Dry: Once clean, shake out your microfibre cloth and leave to air dry on an airer.

What do I do if I drop my cloth? Inspect your cloth for debris and remove if possible. Do NOT use on the car as this may risk damaging the surface. Follow the wash and dry instructions as above. Once clean, inspect the cloth again, unfortunatly due to the nature of microfibre cloths you may need to discard and purchase a new one.

What does GSM mean? GSM stands for grams per square metre and is how microfibre cloths are measured. Generally, the higher the GSM, the thicker and better the microfiber cloth/towel is.

This is not the only factor however, the quality of the materials used, weave, pile length etc all help make a microfiber cloth/towel good at what it was designed to do. Waffle weave for example can hold up to 10 times water absorbion at lower gsm rates than comapred with just polyester based cloths.

Typically, lower 100-300gsm are generally good for general "household" maintainance, windows, interior cleaning etc.

300-450gsm are good for safely removing polish and waxes from your cars exterior surface.

500+ gsm are good for drying the exterior surface of your car and make excellent drying towles.

Why are they edgeless? Edgeless microfibre cloths are designed not to have any seams, hence being known as edgeless. This is to ensure no extra material or stiching around the outside of the cloth can potetnially scratch or damage the surface of the car.

Useful Information

How to use

Always wash and clean the surface of your car or bike prior to application.

There are two ways to use this product. When the surface is dry or whilst the surface is still wet.

We recommend for the first ever application to be applied dry to maximise coverage and create a base coat, followed by subsequent maintenance washes being applied whilst the surface is still wet and prior to drying.

Please refer to the instructions on the bottle or select as required below.

Dry Application

Clean and dry your car prior to use.

Shake bottle & apply in the shade. Avoid spraying onto hot panels and in direct sunlight if possible.

Using 1-2 light sprays per panel, spray directly onto the car surface. Use the cross hatch method and a clean micro fibre cloth to apply the wax.

Allow time to lightly haze, then, using a clean folded microfibre towel/cloth, wipe off the excess wax, buffing, to achieve that high gloss wet look shine.

Please note the product has been designed to spray in a light mist to minimise over use and wastage. A little really does go a long way.

If you apply in direct sunlight, only wait a few seconds before buffing off.

This is a finishing product so should be the last product used on the car.

Wet Application

Wash and rinse car prior to use.

Shake bottle well, ensure surface is clean after wash & rinse.

Working one panel at a time, apply 1-2 light sprays per panel, wipe off immediately with a thick microfibre drying towel until the surface is completely dry.

Finish with a final buff using a different, thick, clean microfiber cloth.

This is a finishing product so should be the last product used on the car.

Protection

Protection from harmful UV rays will last between 4-6 weeks before durability can be effected.

We recommend undertaking a wet application at least once within 4 weeks to top up protection.

Hydrophobicity

The hydrophobic properties are excellent and have been designed primarily to induce water sheeting over beading.

To achieve this, the molecular tension in the water is slightly reduced from creating perfect spherical beads, this is to increase the surface area and encourage the water molecules to bind together, thus creating a larger mass and inducing the water sheeting.

Water sheeting is an excellent way to dry your car and helps to safely carry dust particles away from your paintwork.

It also has the advantage of minimising the risk of water spotting as the water tends to sheet off rather than sit on the surface.

Interesting note: Water spotting is caused by the minerals and contaminants in the water, not the fact water has been left to dry on the surface to evaporate. Water without impurities will not leave water spots behind once evaporated on a surface.

Gloss Enhancement

By combining the right amount Carnauba wax with Gloss Enhancing Polymers, we have been able to assist with increasing specular reflection by applying a thin sacrificial layer of our product on top of the clear coat.

Specular reflection happens when light reflects off a surface at the same angle it hits the surface, think of when you look in a mirror.

Ultimately the reflectiveness and smoothness (how flat) the surface is impacts specular reflection the most, which is why removing imperfections is vitally important for achieving gloss on paintwork.

Adaptive Trigger

The bottle is made of high quality recyclable PET plastic with an adaptable pressurised trigger which enables the product to be sprayed in a light mist.

This is to help provide even coverage, minimise product wastage and provide the user with ultimate control per spray.

Trigger usage is simple making it excellent for those constantly using trigger style bottles throughout the day or for those with reduced hand and muscle strength caused by conditions such arthritis.

The further the trigger is pulled the more product will be released.

One full press will release an automatic 3 second fine mist spray, with the time and amount of spray released reducing the less the trigger is pulled.

We recommend a light touch of the adaptive trigger for small areas or when only a tiny amount of product is to be used, half pull for medium area coverage and a fully depressed for covering larger areas.
